Joey is perhaps best known by his Instagram handle, @thewristwatcher. On the social media site, he shares pictures of his collection of luxury watches to his following over 100,000 people, some of whom have become loyal customers and friends. Joey’s affinity for luxury watches started when he won a poker tournament at the age of 22. While his dad insisted he put most of his winnings into a savings account, Joey used some to treat himself to a luxury watch, and his love for fine watches was born. While seeking another watch for his collection, he found himself at a local Rolex Jeweler. He was highly impressed with the service he received, and the sales associate was equally impressed with Joey’s knowledge and love of luxury watches.

Joey truly loves what he does. His dad told him, “If you love what you do, you’ll never work a day in your life,” and he has taken that advice to heart. He enjoys being around luxury watches all day and sharing his love for them. Joey takes immense pride in the number of sales he’s made customers through his Instagram account.

He particularly loves meeting people who visit the store and mention that they follow him on Instagram. He is incredibly excited to increase his sales even more in 2018.

Joey continues working on answering questions from and engaging with his sizable Instagram following in his spare time. He loves spending time with “the love of my life” as he lovingly refers to his fiancée, Sarah. He proposed to her with a stunning ring, and they plan to get married in February of 2019. He credits her for the name of his Instagram. Joey is an avid poker player and a volunteer firefighter in Staten Island, New York. His passions for family, friends, and food keep his @thewristwatcher_ Instagram followers.
